Frequently Asked Questions When it comes to your Cleaning:

We understand that unexpected things happen and sometimes your schedule needs to be shifted and changed. When it comes to rescheduling your clean, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your clean for any rescheduling. Since we run on a schedule as well any rescheduling within the 48 hours of your clean you will be charged for your cleaning services.

We understand that unexpected things happen, and you may have to cancel your cleaning appointment. When it comes to cancelling your cleaning appointment, please contact us within 48 hours of your clean. If cancelation comes less than 48 hours of cleaning appointment, we will charge you for the clean appointment in full.

We love repeat customers and when it comes to set up a rotation clean it is as easy. You can either schedule your cleaning appointments on our calendar picking the dates and times which work for you, or you can contact us my phone or email to get your cleanings set up to meet your needs.

Tips are not required but our staff greatly appreciates it. You can either give a cash tip or a credit card tip. For a cash tip please notify our cleaning staff with a written note, envelope, or another form of message to ensure our staff receives it. For a credit card tip, please communicate with us either by phone, message, or email to communicate the tip.

When it comes to your cleaning, there might be certain areas you want us to focus on more or areas you don’t want us to clean. We understand this and when it comes to customizing your cleaning, we are here for that. Please contact us by message, phone, or email to go over customize clean.

We pride ourselves on communication to our customers, if there is any change to your service or appointment, we will communicate with all details ASAP. We will never keep you in the dark when it comes to any change.

We ensure 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your clean, please contact us ASAP so we can fix it. When we send employees to conduct your clean, we always send a team lead to ensure the clean was done at the highest level possible.

We will generally send the same cleaner each time we conduct your cleaning. As schedules do change, we will have to adjust our cleaners based on schedule and demands.

When we conduct the initial walk through and set up your cleaning, we will obtain this information from you. Every aspect of your security and personal belongs are paramount to us in keeping that information safe and private.

You do not have to be present for your clean. We will provide a 30-minute call prior to our arrival and will communicate if we have any time adjustments prior to our arrival. We will set up the access to your house prior to your clean but if anything changes or you need to adjust, we are here to work with you.

Normally we will send 1-4 techs depending on clean to be conducted, schedule, and time.

We do a preauthorization once the cleaning services is agreed upon. Billing is charged once the cleaning is completed.

We bring our own supplies to clean, from sponges, scrapers, cleaners, etc. everything we need for your cleaning. We bring it all, ready to go once we show up for your cleaning.
